About i-Vefa. Vefa is a Greek Chef who essentially taught my mum everything (via TV), a Greek version of Julia Child, Vefa brought it all to the table. Well, I'm no chef nor can I cook nearly as well as most of the population. My difference is that i can follow instructions perfectly and add my own twist to recipes that may seem odd to others. i-Vefa is nothing new or special I guess, just another blog for just another passion.
